Foodie Friday is back! Get out of the office, create and EAT!
During your lunch break... Get hands-on in creating your lunch by visiting the Loft for an interactive lunch experience.
Join featured culinary artist, Jess Krawczak as she guides you through building a delicious culinary masterpiece inspired from different cultures and international cuisines! Each session is also vegetarian, pescatarian and gluten friendly.
Simply register ahead of time, stop in on your lunch break anytime between 11am and 1pm where a multitude of fresh ingredients, sauces, meats and seasonings will be readily available for you to get hands-on and customize your lunch.
Then dine-in at one of our cafe tables among the gallery overlooking Lake Huron and our beautiful downtown, or fill a to go box, take and eat in the pocket park or back at the office. A fun alternative to lunch on a Friday afternoon!

Cost: $20 per person - Registration is required!
Fresh coffee, sun tea and water will also be available
Date / Menu Plan:
May 10th, 2024 - Asian: Ramen in a veggie based broth with all of the delicious fixings, choose between wheat or zoodle options then build beyond from there with additional vegetables, chicken or shrimp, eggs, fresh herbs and chili sauce.
May 17th, 2024 - Japanese: Sushi & Soup. Dish out a delicious bowl, then Build and roll your own sushi with helping hands. Fresh vegetables, crab, shrimp, sauces, sesame, ginger, etc. Grab a set of chopsticks and enjoy!
May 24th, 2024 - Mediterranean: Shwarma Bowls over jasmine rice. Build your own bowl with a variety of fresh ingredients and sauces (Veg/Chkn/Shrimp).
May 31st, 2024 - Thai: Customized stir-fry over jasmine rice, fresh vegetables, Chicken or Shrimp, with a variety of seasonings and sauces
