Join us as Jess Krawczak walks you through the techniques for making home-style Ramen.
Learn how to build a flavorful base, perfectly cooked and seasoned soft-boiled eggs, along with other delightful layers. From fresh ingredients to seared shrimp, presenting a beautiful and delicious bowl.
As if that weren't enough, Jess will also lead students through making shrimp tempura, while also learning about the history of sushi, how we eat with our eyes first, seafood sustainability, how sushi doesn't always mean raw fish and assembly of Maki Style Ahi Tuna, shrimp, tuna, and/or avocado cucumber rolls.
After creating your handcrafted masterpieces, grab a glass of wine, dine in and enjoy. A fun activity with your friends, date night with your partner, or just a great way to kick off the weekend!
