The Art Of Modern Calligraphy
Calligraphy is an art form that brings awareness to detail with intentionality, creating rhythm and flow (elevating your message both decoratively and functionally).
In this class, artist Mariah Brancheau of the Lovely Little Lettering Co. will guide participants in the art of modern calligraphy.
Students will learn the basics of hand lettering calligraphy techniques, the upward and downward strokes of the ABCs, while tossing in a few unique phrases, and some simplistic watercolor techniques to give your lettering pieces fun pops of color.
A historical writing technique with a fun and funky modern twist that you can play with and apply to for years to come!
