This expressive arts therapy class focuses on the process of intuitive collage. This transformative process helps connect with your inner/outer world and life challenges in a low stress process of creating and reflection.
No materials or experience needed, unless you have magazines with images that bring you delight. Just bring your own personal sense of playful curiosity.
