Introduction to Sushi
Join culinary artist, Jess Krawczak as she guides you through step-by-step techniques, fresh ingredients, sauces and presentation.
In this Introduction to Sushi class, guest are going to learn about the history of sushi, how we eat with our eyes first, seafood sustainability, how sushi doesn't always mean raw fish (vegetarian/vegan options available), preparation and assembly of Maki Style Ahi Tuna, California, and/or avocado cucumber rolls.
After creating your handcrafted masterpieces, grab a glass of wine, dine in and enjoy. A fun activity with your friends or family you won't want to miss!
