Polish Dinner
If fresh garlic, handmade Kielbasa, nutrient rich root vegetables and traditional sauerkraut haven't already peeked your interest. How about an IPA beer and pro tips on the best au jus?! Join us for all of this and more, as Nowicki's own Brian Peterson guides us through one of his signature Polish dinners.
Annnd don't forget to bring your crockpot! Not only will you be working hands-on with our guest chef and enjoying small plates. You will be crafting a take home dinner for four to plug in, enjoy those yummy aromas as you go about your day, serve and enjoy with your friends/family the next evening.
