Join us for a hands-on culinary experience with educator Anna Brindley as she guides us through a flavourful Moroccan-style veggie burger served with a tangy and fresh cilantro-lime tahini sauce. In addition to this delicious Lent, vegan and gluten friendly dish, guests will also be making sweet potato fries, a tomato/cucumber side salad and if time allows a special sweet treat.
While creating this delicious dine-in meal, delight in the option of a glass or two of wine, cold brew, or cup'a Joe from the bevy bar as you enjoy a relaxed and fun Friday evening in our culinary classroom.
