LOFT EATS with Chef Reid Krebs - At Home Cooking Class!
Alpena's own Chef Reid Krebs will lead you through a step-by-step virtual culinary experience. All food will be provided as you follow along with Reid through his technical details as well as extraordinary paring of ingredients for your culinary fare.
For this at-home cooking class you will be creating traditional El Salvadorian Pupusas topped with Curdito, a tangy cabbage slaw paired with a simple yet flavorful Salsa Roja. Pupusas are small, round corncakes. They are similar to a flatbread or pancake that is made with corn flour (masa) and filled with cheese and beans. They make this a perfect option for Lent!
