LOFT EATS with Chef Reid Krebs - At Home Cooking Class!
Alpena's own Chef Reid Krebs will lead you through a step-by-step virtual culinary experience. All food will be provided as you follow along with Reid through his technical details as well as extraordinary paring of ingredients for your culinary fare.
For this at-home cooking class you will be creating Chicken Milanese topped together with a bright and citrusy arugula salad and parmesan cheese shavings. A simple breaded and fried chicken cutlet spans many different cultures. There’s Japanese katsu, Latin American milanesa to German schnitzel.
