Introduction To Fashion Design: Pattern Making & Alterations

Join freelance product designer, sewing technician, tailor and dressmaker, Eli Zaborney (who has judged many craftsmanship competitions and won design awards at large events in Michigan) in a two part series Introduction into fashion design.


In stage two of this series you will:

  • Be hands-on in pattern making and/or enhancing your previous designs
  • Diagnose fit issues with half scale sloper sewing patterns (modify, move darts, ruffles and more). 
  • Receive full size measurements and a pdf of your fashion design to use in your own time. 


Whether you are an art student, fashion enthusiast, in theatre and the performing arts, or just looking to create a customized Halloween costume. This is the perfect class to enhance your vision, talent, knowledge and creativity in the designing arts. Attendance is purposely limited to provide the best one on one experience for all attendees.
