Share an evening surrounded by culture, friends and food with Declan and Lindsay Higgins as they take us through a traditional Irish Cuisine with demonstrations, hands-on techniques and tastings! You will learn how to make Brown Soda Bread and a classic Shepard's Pie. The experience doesn't stop there as we will sample fun appetizers and hear incredible stories about the dishes we will be creating and the Emerald Isle ! Scholarships are available!
