Brooke Fisher from Brookie’s Goodies wants to share with you all the essential techniques required to produce a cake so fun it’s easy to see why everyone loves them! Each student will get hands-on in creating their own unique cake, and learn all the tips and tricks when working with buttercream. Students will make buttercream flowers, how to sculpt and shape it and much more! The cake design will be similar to the photo.
