Get to know the ins and out of creating Gnocchi, an Italian potato dumpling, in this Culinary skill class with local chef, Izzy Ruminski! Student will create THREE different types of Gnocchi including sweet potato, Ricotta, and a "Mac & Cheese" style. We will also create pairing sauces such as a brown butter sauce and a zesty lemon! This class is great for all skill levels! Come and get creative in our kitchen! All supplies included and scholarships are available!
