​Travel to the Mediterranean without leaving your home town with this culinary experience. In this class you will prepare an authentic Mediterranean menu featuring Tabbouleh-levantine vegetarian salad, Hummus-popular dip, Dolma-luscious stuffed grape leaves, Falafel-nutritious dish of mashed chickpeas formed into balls or patties and Kibbeh-classic meat and spice dish. You will top the night off with a sampling of buttery rich Baklava and the Eastern Mediterranean liquor Arak. We can't wait to share this adventure with you.
A non-refundable deposit of $30 will be required upon registration.
