SOLD OUT!
Be the first to try our Foodie Friday series! This week we will be creating Artisan Pizzas using a hand-made scratch dough. Arrive at the Loft for an informational yet fun demonstration of how the dough was made, then dive into creating your own personalized artisan pizza using a rustic red sauce with many toppings to choose from including fresh mozzarella, basil, cheeses, fresh veggies and many more! All fresh ingredients, from the crust to the toppings. We will have handy recipes of the entire pizza making process for you to take with you and try at home.
You may choose to stay in the Loft while you eat in our intimate bistro setting or take your pizza back to work with you. All to-go containers will be provided.
About Artisan Pizzas: About a century ago, every single pie made in the United States was “artisanal,” because pizza making was an artisanal craft, by definition. However, in the past 50 or so years, the art of pizza making became commercialized. True “pizza artisans” are now an endangered species. Join us at the Loft to become your own artisan, by creating pizza that’s fresh, flavorful, and hand-made. Not something that’s been sitting under a heat lamp all day.
Date: Friday January 9th 12pm-1pm
Price: $13
