Seafood Infusion : High protein, low calorie
Enjoy an evening in Art in the Lofts culinary classroom as Fresh Focus Nutrition & Wellness's, Jess Krawczak guides you through an evening of Seafood Infusion.
In the theme of high protein, low calorie. Lent doesn't have to be boring!
On the menu and hands-on agenda:
- Mediterranean bowls with grilled sesame encrusted tuna, fresh cucumber salad, and toasted chickpeas over quinoa with a made from scratch avocado taziki and chimichurri Sauce
- Rainbow array of fresh vegetables stir fried together with an asian inspired flavor palate, choice of protein and served over cauliflower rice or zoodles
In addition to Jess's tips, tricks and a delicious dinner plans, you will gain knowledge on how to buy sustainable wild caught fish locally, frozen vs fresh here in Northern Michigan, why seafood is so good for you (high protein are the building blocks of life), how to easily change flavor profiles, and more.
Have fun with your friends or grab your partner for a unique date night out.
