Chicken Marsala: A Sweet & Savory Culinary Classic With Cattails Executive Chef
Join Co-Owner and Executive Chef of Cattails Restaurant, Samantha Steele, as she guides you through one of their fan favorites (and personalized take on), Chicken Marsala.
This interactive class will be a 50/50 combination of visual and hands-on instruction. Guests will gain a first hand visual demonstration of Cattails personalized marinade being made from scratch. Then gather around their cutting boards in our culinary classroom. From butterflying to brunoise, guests will then get hands-on with basic knife skills and several cooking techniques as they prepare their poultry, garlic mashed potatoes and lemon-parmesan asparagus, before dining in among our WinterView Artwork on display. Complimentary Coffee, tea and water are available, As well as our club wine & beer bar for those of age who are interested.
All supplies are included in this fun evening out with your friends, and/or neat date night idea with your partner!

- Classes are subject to a minimum registration of 6 or more guests (unless otherwise marked). Numbers that fall below our minimum will unfortunately prevent us from hosting, and reimbursements will be made in the manner they were given. Registration cut off is four days prior to our scheduled session so that our instructors have adequate time to adjust as needed. If you have registered for a class and are unable to attend, please notify us at least 4 days prior (or have a friend take your place). Anything less then will be forfeited to cover the supply costs, preparations and instructor fees already invested.

- AITL is a nonprofit and fully relies on fundraising, grant funding, donations and the like to operate. Photographs and videography help aid in this process. By registering you are giving AITL permission to use photos/videos taken during activities for promotional purposes.
