Handmade Tortellini & Mocktails With Friendly Foodees
Join Owner and plant-based food artist, Christopher Chrzan as he guides you through recreating the dish that earned his crew “Best Of Show” during our 2024 “A Taste For Art” Small Plate Challenge.
In this fun and interactive class, you will learn how to make homemade pasta dough, hand-rolled, cut, shaped and stuffed from scratch. Creating plant-based tortellini with a delicious spinach ricotta & butternut cream sauce. Yum!
In addition to class, Friendly Foodees would like to share a couple of their NEW signature mocktails. Also, handcrafted from fresh ingredients with a make & taste style demonstration lead by fellow owner, Larissa Chrzan.
After your hands-on lessons in our culinary classroom, guests are encouraged to enjoy the fruits of their labor, by dining in after among the beautiful artwork on display during our WinterView Art Exhibit.
All supplies are included in this fun evening out with your friends, and/or neat date night idea with your partner!
