Join certified nutritionist and educator Jess Krawczak, as she guides you through the ins and outs of health focused meal prep. Create breakfast, Lunch and dinner together in the hands-on portion of our workshop. Gain inspiration and learn about a variety of other inspiring meals along with how-to sheets to take home, prepare for and recreate in the comfort of your own home. Finally, enjoy small plates from the recipes you created while you recap with any additional Q & A's .

Numbers that fall below our minimum will unfortunately prevent us from hosting, and reimbursements will be made in the manner they were given. Registration cut off is four days prior to our scheduled session so that our instructors have adequate time to adjust as needed.

- AITL is a nonprofit and fully relies on fundraising, grant funding, donations and the like to operate. Photographs and videography help aid in this process. By registering you are giving AITL permission to use photos/videos taken during activities for promotional purposes. If you have a unique situation and/or personal preferences to avoid such, please notify staff prior to class, workshop, and/or experience and your request will be respectfully honored.
