Sprouts in the kitchen: Rise and Shine!
Sprouts in the kitchen, where goodness grows!
*In the theme of our Kids in the Kitchen culinary class, except this one is geared towards the littles!
Sprouting chefs will engage all of their senses while immersing themselves in the ultimate hands-on experience. Starting things off in our full service culinary classroom with a lesson in kitchen safety, before diving into heath-minded eating habits, along with tips and techniques in which they are prepared. All while creating lasting memories with the aid of a special adult in their life!
In this session, let's Rise and Shine! Our parent/student combos will start their morning off right. Creating yummy breakfasts, learning about eating the rainbow and the importance of hydration. All of those fun natural elements, from Sunshine and rain to rainbows, they connect to us too!
So leave the creativity and cleanup to us while further developing fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination and self confidence. All while gaining early exposure to concepts of math, science and problem solving skills in this fun hands-on experience.
