Watercolor Basics
In this 4-part watercolor series, Nan will offer suggestions and tips to feel more comfortable with watercolor as a medium. Perfect for beginners, or intermediate students who need to brush up on the basics.

Course Description: Have you always wanted to paint in watercolor, but were too scared to try? Do you need to brush up on the basics, or learn a few new techniques? In this 4 week session you will get your feet wet learning a variety of techniques using watercolor that are sure to give you the confidence to paint on your own. We will explore the fascinating world of watercolor by doing several paintings; each one a lesson that will help you understand the medium and improve your skills. Nan believes that anyone can paint if they learn how to work with the medium. Nan will go step-by-step through procedures to help you build on your knowledge of watercolor and have a wonderful experience, and a new found enjoyment of painting.
