Techniques and tricks for using a wok will be presented. Become the star of your next meal when you prepare this restaurant-style cuisine using just a wok. This Asian-inspired meal is a combination of a variety of flavors. They include choosing a meat or plant-based protein, fresh veggies, aromatics such as garlic and ginger, a grain or rice base and two amazingly flavorful sauces to put over top.
You will be the culinary artist that chooses from all of these categories to create your very own unique wok bowl.
You may choose to stay in the Loft while you eat in our intimate bistro setting or take your wok bowl back to work with you. All to-go containers will be provided.
