Please join Carey Schiller, LMSW and Kelly Kendziorski, LMSW from Northern Therapeutic Center to learn how to recognize stress and what to do to de-stress. We’ll provide information on some of the obvious and not so obvious signs of stress to help you identify “that feeling.” We’ll also teach a few strategies to promote a healthy mind and body with better stress management.

Power of Self-massage for Stress & Anxiety presented by
Alpena Therapeutic Massage
Stress and anxieties are high right now and your muscles feel it. Join Paige as she shows you easy massage techniques to help reduce this muscle tension within your body. This simple routine will leave you feeling balanced, relaxed and reconnected. Things we all need in this time.
