Laurie Forster - "The Wine Coach" flew into Alpena from the East Coast to present "HeART Uncorked" on Friday night February 26th. Laurie led participants through gourmet food and wine pairing stations creatively matched with art styles found in the Loft.
Then on Saturday the 27th, Laurie presented "A Light HeARTed Night" where she shared her 'Don't drink, taste' approach highlighted in her book, 'The Sipping Point'. Guests enjoyed wine and cheese pairings with live music.
Both nights were a huge success, with particpants raving about the great time they had. Many signed up for one of the new membership levels and are anxiously awaiting the upcoming "Art Uncorked Club" monthly activities.
